A message from Sheriff Mike Hale: "Each week, we're making progress in our efforts to find wanted suspects. Now, we have three additional suspects who we need to track down.
First, is 35-year-old Kelli Collins. She's also known as Kelli Keel. She's wanted for probation revocation on a cocaine charge. And she's also charged with obstructing justice. Her last known address is along the 2100-block of Shanghai Road in Springville.
Next is John K. Mitchell. He's 31 years old, and he's wanted on two counts of failure to appear for breaking and entering a vehicle. He also faces a theft charge. This man could be hiding out in eastern Alabama. His last known address is along West Ninth Street in Anniston.
Third, there is Tammy Diane Scruggs. She's wanted on several warrants, including forgery. And she's also charged with possession of a controlled substance. You might see her around Avondale or East Lake. She's had addresses along Fifth Avenue South and Oporto-Madrid Boulevard.
